Truong Vu

I haven't draw much. This is a drawing of Truong Vu that I have drawn a couple of weeks ago. It's quick and fast. I used my webcam to take a picture of it. The picture is too huge to scan it in. The picture is too light, so I thought I darken it up a little bit through PhotoShop.

Does it look like Truong Vu??

My modify Monkey King's drawing

Yesterday was the best day of my life, because it's Monkey King's day. ^__^ hehehe... Monkey King came by my place and took me flying to China. It was my first time flying. I was so scare looking below my feet. I am still shock that Monkey King finally came to see me. Finally.

We went to his cave in the Flower and Fruit mountain. Even though I didn't see any monkeys around, the waterfall was a beauty within itself. I went in there amaze at what I saw. There is a garden full of peach trees, a little pond that glimmering in the moonlight, and a throne made of stone. Monkey King took me to the little pond. He took my hand and bent down on one knee. He look up at me and said, "NK, would u do me the honor and be my Monkey Queen for all eternity?" ^__^ kekeke... A gal can dream can't she?

The picture above is a modify version of my Monkey King's drawing. I change his hair color and put in a cape. I think I need to do something about the cape and the antennas. To me, it doesn't look right, somehow. But do u think he is so cool and handsome?? ^_^

"Yes. Yes... I will be your Monkey Queen."

Maybe around Christmas time, when I have more free time, I'll draw Monkey Queen. ^__^ I'll call her "Te Thien Nu Thanh". kekeke ...

My Monkey King, all mine

Look at that monkey king. ^_^ I am not so sure that is what he suppose to look like. My hero in shiny golden armor but when I close my eyes I see someone else. =D Many people said Monkey King suppose to be brunette, but somehow I always draw him blond. This picture is not finish yet. It need something. I am not sure. I think I should add a cape for him to make him look even hotter. (I am just kidding.) Maybe I need to redo his face, his charming face. I am too obsess with Monkey King right? ^_^

Well after this one is finish, I am going to finish another Monkey King's drawing. This next one has him standing next to the Bone Demon. ^_^ I drew the Bone Demon lady already but my Monkey King is not finish yet. Pigsy is going to be next. hehehe... I definitely need to start liking something or someone else. Maybe I need to be normal like everyone else and start liking actors or singers. ^_^ Then there will be tons of drawing of whatever actor I like hanging on my wall. But now I think I should start making a shrine for Monkey King. kekeke...

The headless Monkey King

Below is what I am currently trying to draw, my awesome Monkey King. I am pretty sure I am not going to finish this drawing anytime soon, so I just take a snapshot at what I have that looks done. ^_^ It's not good but it's something to update and give this little blog more entry. I just love his arm, the color and the shade. Maybe by next week, I could finish his face. Nah... I doubt it.

The immortal peaches

This is the famous immortal peach that if once eaten will give you eternal life. According to the ancient chinese myth this peach only grow every 3000 years. It's very rare to grow, to see or to get your hands in them. Worth probably more than Bill Gates ever made. ^__^

This drawing is probably the first drawing that I completely used the computer mouse to do. I don't like to use the mouse to draw. It's so difficult to draw with it. Especially my mouse is sort of broken right now. It keep jumping around. Maybe there is dust in it. ^_^ I wish I have a tablet PC.

And another thing, I hope those chinese words mean immortal peach. That's what babelfish tell me. ^_^ I don't know about anyone else but somehow the picture look cool with chinese characters in it. If I could, I would stick chinese character in all my drawing. ^_^ I was thinking of writing my name in chinese in all my drawing, my very own signature stamp. But I only know how to write my last name, since my last name has been translate from chinese into vietnamese in the first place it's easier for me to find out the original chinese word. The first name is a little hard. But it can be done since it's name of a flower. I can't believe I am name after a flower, a flower that only shine in New Year.

Pidgeot

It seems to me that I never find the time to draw anymore. That sucks. This beat the whole purpose of this little blog. Let's see ... well, here is my drawing of the pokemon Pidgeot. I did this in high school. Can you believe I still keep this?




My monkey king's drawing is like half done. I can't get the right color for the body armor. I have been stuck there for what seem like an eternity. j/k.

Draw 2 pass the time

Well I need to create a blog to show off my drawings and here it is. I have blogs all over the place. Another one won't hurt. I probably won't update this blog alot, since I don't draw much 'cause I am not a professional artist. I draw to pass the time when I am bored.

Anyway, here is my first drawing in this blog. It's a drawing of a young Alyssa Milano. When I draw that I was trying to practice on drawing real live people. Not much success I am afraid. I probably need to redo this drawing again. Probably after I finish my Monkey King's drawing. I am still working on it. I share my first draft with some people and they are so nice to tell me my errors. I am going to fix it and I will post it again later.



This picture is a little dark though. I use a mechanical pencil for actually all my drawing. I don't have the right drawing pencil. I just love mechanical pencil cause I don't have to sharpen it. What make it worse is that when I scan it in I choose the only black and white instead of the color option. So the line is so dark. ^_^ Oh well... I have to re-draw this. The lips got to go.
